The minimum age to rent a camper is 25 years, with a mandatory presentation of a photo ID. Additionally, a valid category B driving license must have been held for at least three years.
To confirm a reservation, a payment of 30% of the total amount according to the proforma invoice is required, while the remaining amount must be settled no later than 15 days before picking up the camper. There is also an option to pay the full rental amount immediately. Payments are made via bank transfer.
Changing a reservation, including the rental date, camper model, or other details, is possible only after checking availability and obtaining approval from Camper Pula Istria. An administrative fee of 50.00 EUR may be charged for any modifications to an already confirmed reservation.
With prior arrangement with our staff, you can visit our office in Pula and personally inspect the camper.
